Heart full of gratitude for an incredible weekend. Amazing group, fantastic venue, and nourishing food.This was an amazing weekend of deep and transformative practices following the tradition of tantric hatha yoga. We shared ancient teachings of self transformation and energetic awakening through asana, movement, breath, and meditation as well as stories, tantric fire ceremony, kriyas, and mantras. The practices were focused on constracting our pranic body through nadi shudhi, chakra activation, and third-eye awakening to facilitate prjna- the spontaneous realisation of our true nature.
