Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy helps to restore your health and balance by creating a personal programme of yoga techniques that is specifically designed for you.

Using an integrated mind-body approach yoga therapy practices will empower you to look after your own body.

A Yoga therapy session will last about 1 hour during which a holistic yoga program will be created to suit your individual needs. You will learn specific techniques and tools to use at home and between sessions. A session can include physical exercises and asanas, breathing techniques, relaxation and bodywork depending on the needs of the individual.

If you think that you can benefit from Yoga therapy, please contact me and we can arrange to meet up and and create a Yoga programme to help you restore balance in your life. Sessions are about an hour in length and can be held in either Riverside Health in Newcastle Emlyn, Drefach Felindre – or at client’s home if preferred.

“Yoga should be on the NHS it literally made my life worth living. I had a skiing accident 25 years ago causing damage to disc 5/6 in my neck. Following an operation in May 2014, the disc was replaced, unfortunately the outcome wasn’t positive! The pain was intense and constant, no amounts of pain-killers would alleviate the symptoms.
