A strong, challenging and powerful Yoga practice bringing together strength, flexibility, balance, focus and breathing all done in a Yogic way.
Using Yoga postures we will learn how to use our bodies properly, integrating our core and limbs while understanding correct body alignment. Using Yoga in this way helps to improve sports performance, prevent injuries, increase core strength, strengthen weak and under used muscles, improve lung capacity and mental endurance.
Although physically challenging this class is suitable for new comers as well as more experienced students and is accessible to all body type.
This class is suitable for those with a reasonable level of fitness.
This class is run as a course and not run as a drop in.
