Weekly classes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga.
In my classes I use my experience and knowledge of different styles of Yoga to create a balanced practice.
I also offer one to one Yoga Therapy sessions where I use Yoga techniques suited for the needs of the individual to reduce physical and mental discomfort and improve health and wellbeing.
I run regular workshops, offer private tuition to deepen your practice and small group sessions.
